RETURNS:
In order to return a product you must contact The FOS Lab immediately upon receipt of your shipment via email ([email protected]). The FOS Lab must receive the item within 7 business days after notification of your intent to return the item. Once The FOS Lab has received the item in its original, unused condition, you will receive a full refund. Shipping charges are non refundable.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for returning the product in its original condition including incurred return shipping costs. The FOS Lab is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges may be made if the product is in its original, unused condition, including any tags and receipts,and if it has not been more than 30 calendar days since the date of purchase.
Please contact The FOS Lab with your intent to exchange the item. At that time, the item you wish to have in exchange will be placed on hold until The FOS Lab has received the original item you purchased and has verified that it is in its original, unused condition. If you are unsure about which product you would like in exchange The FOS Lab will issue a product credit. The buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs. The FOS Lab is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
